For UK mainland postage and packaging will be £4.95 for orders under £100. Any UK mainland order will benefit from free next day shipping.
Northern Ireland & the Channel Isles postage and packing will be £15.00. At the moment we are unable to accept International orders.
Our normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working days from date of order, if you require a more speedy delivery please do contact us. Our chosen delivery partners for the UK are DPD. Some Sale and promotion items may be sent with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking advise regardless of shipper.
Whilst the DPD service does allow for items to be left in the porch, garage, shed etc, this is entirely at your risk and no responsibility will be accepted by us nor DPD for lost parcels. While we aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible some items may be out of stock and/or awaiting delivery to our depot. In most cases orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. We will endeavour to contact you should any delay occur with your order.
How to Return
We want you to love your shoes but we understand you may change your mind or they may not fit as well as you would like.
For all unworn items please include your returns form, without this we are unable to process your return.
We will, at our own discretion, accept returns provided the item/(s) are unused, in their original packaging (undamaged) and are in a saleable condition. We are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the shoe or an exchange for the same price as original purchase.
Full Price Items
If you need to return your unworn full price items you can do so free of charge, by using the barcoded DPD label which will be attached to your original order. For Full priced items you have 28 days from delivery to return for a full refund.
Sale and Promotional items
Unworn promotion items and Returns During a Sale: Unless a return label is provided the return will be at your own cost and within 14 days for a full refund. We recommend a signed for service for your security. The address and details are on the order sheet included with your delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for those customers in the Scottish Highlands & Islands and International inc Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
ALL goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and with all tags or labels attached.
